WEEKLY SCHEDULE

Weekly classes have decreased, I know, but that makes these rare moments on the mat more special! All classes are open to all levels, both beginners and seasoned practitioners are always welcome. Can’t wait to see you soon!

In this class, Irem will use Crystal Alchemy Sound Bowls and other instruments to focus the mind on the sound and the body experience that music creates. Crystal Alchemy Sound Bowls are connected to the ancient practices of chakra balancing. The strong sound vibrations created by the bowls travels through your layers of body tissue (fascia), inviting stagnant energy to be released. We’ll be holding Yin poses for longer periods of times in order to stimulate the deep tissue to release, creating greater relaxations and harmonisation of body and mind.
